Week 28: Water

So I have a constipation issue. I've had it for years. Pregnant or not pregnant. My body just does not flow very well. 

Until now.

My friend posted an article on Facebook about a woman who drink a gallon of water every single day. She started the challenge to reduce the amount of wribkles she had started noticing. However, she noticed additional but health benefits as she was going to the challenge. One of them being constipation.

Since I have tried every which way to avoid constipation with my diet, I thought why not try this! 

Sure enough, just one week of starting the challenge I have not had one constipation issue. I feel great, my skin is amazing, and while I am not trying to lose weight I ended up losing a couple pounds just because I've been getting so full with water. 

The only drawback is the amount of times I have to go to the bathroom during the day. But that's a small price to pay for a cure to my constipation issue!
