Week 22: Meet my Placenta

The only abnormality in my ultrasound was the placement of my placenta. Apparently the placenta is not typically located at the front of your uterus. It's not really a complication, just an annoyance.

Because the placenta is located at the front of the uterus, I have not been able to feel the baby kick. Which kind of stinks because I have always been able to feel the baby kick at the stage of pregnancy. 

So when people start rubbing my belly (which drives me absolutely crazy)... They will be filling the placenta. Not my little girl.

As I told the doctor, it's just stupid.
